An established Jamaican training identity
Approved partners receive authorised use of the Adore name and partner positioning within the territory defined by the licensing agreement. This gives the local operator a clearer starting point than developing an unknown institution from zero.
Programme and launch structure
Adore provides approved programme structures, course-delivery standards and guidance for preparing the location, administration and local launch.
- Brand standards and approved positioning
- Programme-delivery framework
- Student-journey guidance
- Operational and launch direction
- Ongoing quality-alignment support
What the partner remains responsible for
The opportunity is not passive ownership. Each partner is responsible for securing and preparing the location, funding the operation, appointing suitable educators and staff, generating local enrolment and meeting Adore’s standards.
Who should apply
The strongest applicants are prepared operators who care about education, student outcomes and community growth. Applications are assessed individually, and a preferred parish is not reserved until approval and completion of the licensing process.
Support before launch
Approved partners receive direction for presenting the brand, preparing the operation and organising the student journey. The goal is to make the opening deliberate and aligned, not rushed because a date was advertised.
- Approved brand and partner positioning
- Programme-delivery structures
- Location and launch-readiness guidance
- Administrative and student-journey direction
- Marketing standards for the Adore identity
Support after launch
Ongoing guidance focuses on consistency, quality and alignment with the licensed model. The partner is expected to communicate accurately, maintain standards and address local operational issues promptly.
The local partner’s non-delegable responsibilities
Adore’s support does not replace local leadership. The partner remains responsible for funding, premises, staff, enrolment, student communication, compliance, records, supplies and delivery quality at the approved location.
What happens after an application
Adore reviews the proposed parish or community, funding readiness, experience, location plans and intended timeline. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a next-stage discussion. Applying alone does not approve the applicant or reserve a territory.
